Terms and Conditions

  1. Walk ins are welcomed, but reservations are encouraged. We require a credit card for bookings of 5 persons or more. You will have up to 24 hours to cancel. Failing that, a no show for your reservation will result in a charge of $50bbd per person.

  2. If you are a visitor to the island, please provide us with a local number (hotel, villa, Air BnB, etc.) so we can better contact and communicate with you. If this information cannot be provided, please contact us via email (concierge@thegrill-ate.com).

  3. If you are running late for your reservation, please communicate with us. You are given a 15 minute grace period, after that time, your reservation maybe considered cancelled.

  4. For parties of 2-4, your table is reserved for 2 hours, 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 6, and 3 hours for parties of 7+.

  5. For bookings over 5+, we will require a credit card to confirm your booking. The card would only be charged if you fail to cancel your reservation, and are considered a “no show”.

  6. If you need to make an adjustment to the number of persons in your party, please do so prior to arriving, to see if we can accommodate. Persons who are NOT included in your original booking, may not be accepted, and will be at the discretion of management.

  7. Please indicate any allergies/intolerances, special occasions or special requests prior to your reservation to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.
